1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WSJ+ Construction Management (the "App," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and WSJ Enterprises, LLC regarding your access to and use of the WSJ+ Construction Management mobile application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1.2 Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Have authorization from your employer or organization if using the App for business purposes

This App is intended for professional construction management use only and is NOT designed for personal or recreational use.

1.3 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email to your registered email address
• Posting a prominent notice within the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Service Overview

WSJ+ Construction Management is a mobile application designed for construction project management, providing:

• Project dashboard and overview
• Daily reports and field documentation
• Photo and document management
• Construction drawings and blueprints viewer
• Equipment tracking and logs
• Team collaboration and assignments
• Forms and data collection
• Progress tracking and reporting

2.2 Service Availability

• The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control

2.3 Platform Support

The App is available for:

• iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 13.0 or later
• Android devices running Android 8.0 (API level 26) or later
• Web browsers for limited functionality (testing and development purposes)

2.4 Internet Connection Required

An active internet connection is required to:

• Sync data with our servers
• Upload photos and documents
• Collaborate with team members in real-time
• Access the latest project updates

Some cached data may be available offline, but full functionality requires connectivity.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

The App is completely free to use. To create an account, you must provide:

• Valid organization or company email address (required - personal email addresses are not permitted)
• Full name
• Secure password
• Company or organization affiliation

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Use only your organization's email address
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
